Organized around the theme of "Together, we have everything to gain!", the program of events included seminars and dynamic workshops designed to mobilize the RCCAQ's members.
Capping off the two-day convention, a formal banquet was held in the Grand Hall of the Canadian Museum of History in Gatineau. In keeping with tradition, the RCCAQ's outgoing chair, Vincent Gaudreau, officially transferred power to the new chair, Patrick Bouchard. Also during the banquet, a worthy representative of the next generation of brokers was recognized and honoured.
Junior Broker of Distinction Award
Created in 2003, the RCCAQ's Junior Broker of Distinction Award recognizes the outstanding efforts of young professionals working in Quebec's insurance sector.
During the 2015 convention banquet, the award was presented to Geneviève Morin, who works for MP2B Assurance, a Laval-based brokerage firm.
