They should avoid looking at life with a sense of nostalgia. Otherwise, they just might recreate the past.

In a nutshell, how are we supposed to survive amid constant change?

Adaptability is the solution for entrepreneurs who want to survive. They must be ready for the future.

The insurance brokerage industry is changing as well. The rules of the game have been called into question in terms of regulatory frameworks and market realities. What will distinguish the successful entrepreneurs who benefit from this new context?

There will be new business opportunities. Service quality and professionalism will determine who wins and who loses. The winners will be able to roll out new approaches in a new market!
