Bill 141: RCCAQ submits its position paper

The Bill 141 hearings kick off on December 7 in Quebec's National Assembly, and the RCCAQ will be there to represent your interests. We will also be submitting a position paper, including a number of recommendations.

As previously mentioned, the RCCAQ welcomes the finance minister's efforts to bring in measures aimed at ensuring better financial sector oversight.

We are also pleased to have a chance to share our recommendations with our elected officials. These recommendations seek to ensure that equitable and efficient legislation is adopted that will protect consumers.
