What are the key indicators enabling you to measure your firm's performance? We have joined forces with the CSIO to provide you with new tools!

To remain competitive and profitable, brokerage firms must adopt new management practices.
After identifying the most relevant indicators enabling members to measure their firms' performance more effectively, the RCCAQ and the CSIO teamed up to survey more than 100 firms in May 2014 on various financial, HR and technological matters.

The survey was designed to provide a snapshot of the situation facing brokerage firms in Quebec. It was also was used to collect reference data that will enable RCCAQ members to measure and compare their performance year after year.

The results were communicated to the survey participants and are now available in the members-only section of the RCCAQ's website.
