Let's denounce illegal practices!
Following recent developments in this regard, the RCCAQ would like to remind you that the battle is not yet over. We encourage you to denounce all questionable practices by auto dealers about which you have first-hand information.
To do so, please follow this procedure:
• Fill out and submit the AMF denunciation form.
• Email us a copy of your denunciation for our files (denonce@rccaq.com).
Please note that the AMF requires you to send in the denunciation by regular mail to the following address:

In connection with its investigation, the AMF may contact you to obtain further information, such as your insured's contact data. If that happens, it is recommended that you ask the insured for his/her authorization prior to divulging any personal information.
