Industry issues and defending brokers: the RCCAQ's perspective
 The RCCAQ's management team will offer its perspective on major issues involving brokerage insurance, initiatives underway and results obtained so far. Stop by and discuss these timely topics! Please meet from 4:00 to 4:30 PM (before the cocktail - free admittance).

Training for better communication
Workshop participants will improve their ability to recognize various predominant types of client personality and their own defensive reactions in specific communication situations. Participants will also be able to offer appropriate service based on specific clienteles and situations they are asked to handle.
