The RCCAQ's membership renewal campaign came to an end on June 30 and our members made a strong show of solidarity. When renewal time comes around, brokers clearly understand the importance of strength in numbers.
Strength in numbers benefits the brokerage sector
To date, more firms have renewed their membership compared with the same date in 2016. "The future of the brokerage sector is at stake and brokers are well aware of this fact. The various issues that could have major impacts on our industry must be tackled as a group," said RCCAQ chair Kathleen Ann Rake.
"Although I am pleased with the success of our membership drive, I would like to see firms that have never been members in the past to join forces with us now. The major issues facing our industry will require the involvement of large numbers of brokers. The future of all brokerage firms is at stake," said Ms. Rake.
