In Focus > Chairman's Message: Looking Forward Together!
Dear Colleagues:
As I near the midway point of my mandate as chairman, I am convinced more than ever that membership in our association is essential.
Members' contributions provide the RCCAQ with the support it needs to keep on promoting, defending and fostering the development of our profession province-wide.
The brokerage sector faces a number of key challenges. Meanwhile, firms are adapting to a new regulatory environment. Joining forces as we deal with these multiple changes is a guarantee of success for all our member firms.
The digital transition, the ongoing labour shortage, business succession issues and market-related difficulties affect all of us on a day-to-day basis. Thanks to the RCCAQ's wide range of initiatives, our voices are being heard and our ideas are gaining traction among government decision-makers and industry stakeholders.
Now it's time to take things to the next level as we focus our efforts on a series of ground-breaking projects. To do so, we have to remain proactive! By working together, we will address the difficulties we face while maintaining our autonomy and developing our industry.
Working together, we will be able to launch ambitious projects reflecting our core principle: "By the brokerage sector and for the brokerage sector". Working together, we will find winning solutions as we transform our challenges into opportunities.
The RCCAQ draws its strength from your support. Regardless of the economic context or the issues we face, we will continue to work tirelessly to carry out our priority initiatives and to foster a pro-growth environment. And we've only just begun!
As more and more brokerage firms join forces with us, the RCCAQ will be even better positioned to carry out its mission:
In closing, please remember that our entire permanent staff is ready, willing and able to answer any questions and address any concerns you may have.
We will continue to look forward together as we focus on building the brokerage sector!
