This year is no exception: the Young Broker of Distinction Award is traditionally designed to recognize a junior broker who, by virtue of his or her excellent record of achievement and personal commitment, has promoted the insurance broker profession throughout the province of Québec.

To encourage the next generation, the RCCAQ and the Association pour la relève en assurance du Québec (LARAQ) are teaming up once again to honour an exceptional individual working in the P&C sector and to recognize his or her remarkable contributions to the industry.

Here’s everything you need to know!

The winner of the 2022 Young Broker of Distinction Award, presented by Applied, will be announced at the RCCAQ’s annual convention, which will be held on November 2-3 at Québec City’s Centre des congrès and the Hilton Québec. The winner’s name will be unveiled during the closing banquet. 

The deadline for applications is October 14, 2022!

The winner will receive:

• A $1,000 cash prize from the RCCAQ.
• An interview published in Liaison+ magazine. 
• A prize (to be determined) from Applied.
• Complimentary admission to the RCCAQ’s 50^th annual convention (2023).
• An invitation to join one of the honorary foursomes at LARAQ’s annual golf tournament (or another prize, as applicable).
