Drawing on his own professional practice, Patrick Bouchard noted that "Web technologies such as chat rooms offered amazing opportunities to rapidly put certified representatives and consumers into contact with each other".
No doubt these discussions will continue until the parliamentary committee begins work on the Bill 188 review later this year.
