On February 15, RCCAQ chair Kathleen-Ann Rake and general manager Guy Parent braved the snow to visit the brokers comprising the Courtiers Unis banner.
Ms. Rake addressed various topics during her presentation, including efforts to defend brokers' economic interests, consumer protection and ambitious plans for tackling the major issues facing the RCCAQ.
Ms. Rake then held a meeting with the 50 brokers in attendance to learn more about their concerns.
