Calling all RCCAQ broker members! As part of efforts to promote your profession in the eyes of the next generation, the RCCAQ team visits trade shows and job fairs organized by CEGEPs and recognized training organizations.

In this regard, the RCCAQ team meets with students enrolled in courses leading to a “college studies attestation” (AEC) in the area of damage insurance or a “college studies diploma” (DEC) in financial services and insurance techniques. At these gatherings, you can post job vacancies or advertise internships for program graduates. It’s an ideal opportunity to discuss a profession you feel passionately about and to promote it among the next generation!

We are asking for your assistance in creating a database of brokers interested in joining our team at trade shows/job fairs and helping us to fulfil our mission of promoting the insurance broker professions. Please note as well that for the time being, these gatherings are being held online with various organizations in compliance with COVID-19 public health rules.

• Which region(s) you would be willing to assist us in during trade shows or job fairs when in-person events resume: Montreal and the surrounding area; Quebec City and the surrounding area; or other regions (list of recognized training organizations).
