With a bachelor's degree in political science from Université Laval and a master's degree in organizational analysis and development from the École nationale d'administration publique, Mr. Manseau has worked in the areas of consulting and financial services for over 25 years.

Recognized for his listening skills, analytical abilities and strategic organizational vision, Mr. Manseau has carried out a number of projects pertaining to the client experience and business intelligence, as well as corporate and marketing strategies (development/implementation). "The RCCAQ is very pleased to welcome such a talented and generous  man. His sense of innovation and creativity will be a major asset not only to our organization, but to all of the RCCAQ's broker members," said RCCAQ chair Christopher Johnson.

The financial sector, including product/service distribution, is going through a period of upheaval and the RCCAQ is playing a key role in this regard. As a respectful team player and an innovative agent of change, Mr. Manseau looks forward to working with all of the industry's key stakeholders to further the cause of insurance brokerages in Quebec. According to Mr. Manseau, there is no doubt that "the RCCAQ's fundamental purpose is to serve its current and prospective members. We will work with and for them as we pursue our efforts. Working with and for them, we will go even further together."

Mr. Manseau will take up his new duties on April 23, 2018.
