In a recent bulletin, the AMF published a reflection document concerning the management of conflict-of-interest risks associated with incentives. This document is designed to lead to deeper reflection on the risk that certain categories of incentives might have an adverse impact on fair treatment of consumers.
The AMF encourages insurance sector stakeholders to submit comments and observations concerning the questions raised by October 15, 2017.
The RCCAQ would like to represent its members' views on this topic. To do so, we would like to know your opinion.
