During the RCCAQ's 45th annual convention, the attendees had a chance to listen to Patrice Pouliot, the RCCAQ's new chair, discuss various major upcoming issues for brokers.
Mr. Pouliot emphasized the importance of mobilizing to ensure that our voices are heard and of getting involved with the RCCAQ as we take on the challenges that brokers are currently experiencing. In the wake of the major disruptions shaking up the sector, brokers must stand together in solidarity and must be ready to adapt to change.
"Fast-paced technological, social and economic developments have had and will continue to have growing repercussions on how we work and how we operate our businesses. We must set out our vision. We must be proactive and, starting today, we must make the right decisions and take effective action for the future of our profession," he said during the RCCAQ convention banquet.
A complete profile of the RCCAQ's new chair will be published in an upcoming issue of Liaison+. Please keep an eye out for our messages in this regard!
